His name is Stephen Gammell, he illustrated many children's books but most specifically the Scary Stories book series,

I didn't see a compilation that I could link you but here is just a Google search of some of these works.

Hrmm, unfortunatly the link didn't go through correctly, I just searched

Stephen Gammell Scary Stories in the images search and found a selection of the above mentioned works.

You've got some interesting art here,
Somewhat reminds me of Stephen Gammell's illustrations for the Scary Storys books, You might be interested in some of his stuff.

Pretty neat work tho, Do you pull ink about to create this effect?
